Position: Psych Certified Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, hard-working, and team-oriented psychiatric PA-C/ARNP to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care services within the scope of their license, in collaboration with other members of the treatment team, and under the direction and supervision of the medical director. The candidate will support the policies, rules and regulations of the practice and acts in compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory bodies and agencies.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate new patient consultation and health history review
  • Conduct health assessments including recording complete medical and psychosocial history
  • Perform physical examinations and screenings of patients
  • Make diagnoses and recommend further treatment options
  • Order and administer tests including bloodwork
  • Review and interpret test results to diagnose health problems
  • Develop a treatment plan that may include medication and other therapies
  • Provide patient education to promote habits that will prevent diseases and maintain good health
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians and nurses
  • Order and interpret laboratory test results
  • Follow up on a patient to determine the effectiveness of recommended treatments
  • Provide referrals to other practitioners when necessary
  • Provide after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their families
  • Ensure patient records are kept up to date including test results, immunizations, condition changes, etc.

Position : Medical Assistant

Job Description

Instic Health is an outpatient psychiatry group with multiple offices across FL. We are looking for highly motivated and adaptable individual to perform Medical Assistant duties. The position is consist of administrative and clinical duties.

Administrative Duties (may include, but not limited to):

  • · Use computer applications
  • · Answer telephones and provide exceptional customer service
  • · Welcome patients and answer their queries
  • · Provide daily reports to general manager
  • · Schedule appointments
  • · Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA
  • · Handle correspondence, billing, and bookkeeping

· Clinical Duties (may include, but not limited to):

  • · Obtain and record patient medical histories, vitals, and other information
  • · Assist physicians during exams
  • · Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
  • · Perform basic laboratory tests
  • · Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician
  • · Transmit prescription refills as directed


Have high school diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. Medical Assistant Certification (preferably)

One to two years of experience in an outpatient facility preferably psychiatry.

Position: Sustainability Analyst F/T

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement sustainability programs and initiatives to reflect company’s commitment towards sustainability.
  • Waste Volume Analysis and sustainability projects in outpatient clinics
  • Perform research, analysis and suggest sustainability certification that are achievable and related to healthcare industry.
  • Collect, maintain, and perform analysis of relevant sustainability data such as electricity and water usage. Develop reporting systems as needed.
  • Create and implement plan for zero paper policy in all clinics.
  • Educate staff and patients about sustainability initiatives taken by the company.
  • Monitor sustainability issues, trends, programs and make sure that proper sustainability benchmarks are established and maintained.
  • Create marketing outreach material for website that reflects company’s zero paper policy initiative.
  • Create sustainability policies and educate employees.

Education: Master of Arts in Global Sustainability or closely related field.

Experience: 12 months of experience in the job offered. Out of 12 months of

experience, 12 months experience must include experience in Waste Volume Analysis and sustainability projects in outpatient clinics.

Certifications: LEED Green Associate
